THEOUnlimited was created to reduce the overall cost of logistics for art galleries, in hopes of empowering them and eliminating constraints that costs may bring when planning for exhibitions.

So how does membership work? Simply sign up for an annual membership (billed monthly) to gain access to unlimited art shuttles and other logistics perks! And don’t worry, you can easily convert your membership dues into THEO credits if you feel you aren’t using it enough, eliminating any risk of subscribing! THEOUnlimited is adding new cities every quarter! And best of all? Once you subscribe, your pricing is locked in!

Complimentary Storage

We realize that storage can be limited for some and dues can quickly add up! So we’ve expanded our offer of complimentary storage to give all members access to unlimited storage at all THEO locations, on a first come first serve basis.

Located in a busy city? Don’t worry! You can always get access to storage in another city, with complimentary shipping when you need it!

Unlimited Art Shuttles

Membership grants you unlimited shipping for soft packed works in all of our consolidated art shuttles (all of which run biweekly or monthly), as well as complimentary upgrades to expedited shuttles on a first come first serve basis.

Want to guarantee a specific date or shipment? Simply reach out to Concierge in advance for enhanced access! Want to streamline your logistics? Email us a copy of your planned exhibitions each quarter with contact information for all relevant parties and sit back while our Concierge team takes it from there and updates you as they do!

Insurance Coverage

As part of THEO’s commitment to seamless and worry free logistics, we have opted to include up to $50,000 worth of THEOShield coverage to every shipment!

Need more coverage? We can expand your coverage for the low cost of 0.75% of the declared value above $50,000!

Risk Free Guarantee

We our membership is the first of it’s kind, so we’ve eliminated any and all uncertainty by allowing you to cancel within 60 days for a full refund, if you haven’t made use of your membership!

We’ve taken our guarantee one step further by allowing you to convert your membership dues into THEO credits (redeemable for any service at THEO, including collector shipments), if you feel you haven’t gotten enough use of your membership or reduced your logistics spend by at least 40%!
