When booking with THEO, we extend complimentary storage so as to allow you to determine the best way to handle sales & artworks returning to your gallery.

Rate Transparency
Rate transparency remains at the forefront of our art fair offerings, Exhibitors can expect to receive a rate card for all collector deliveries, allowing them to provide collectors quotes on demand.
THEO’s Guarantee: You can rest assured we’ll give you the best available rate and/or beat any competitor’s rate by at least 20% - guaranteeing you the best rate in the market!
Payment Flexibility
For galleries looking for flexible payment terms, THEO has you covered. Simply reach out to our team and we can set you up with a payment plan, tailored to your needs!
We recognize the costs of attending fairs can take a toll, so we’ve taken it one step further by introducing an unlimited fair shipping membership at $899 per month.
Art Fair Services
Installations: We offer exhibitors the freedom to book: art installers, installation assistants, or an installation team on an hourly or full day basis.
International Freight Handling: Four our international galleries, we offer receiving, uncrating, condition reports and more!
Expedited Shuttles: By deploying multiple shuttles immediately post fair closing, collectors can expect speedy deliveries for all closed transactions.
Packaging: Soft packing & Crating, available upon request.
International Shipping: Selling to international collectors? THEO is able to collect, crate & ship internationally (or release to your freight handlers).
THEOShield: Full Coverage Insurance on THEO Shuttles, at no additional cost for exhibitors.
Complimentary Storage: Selling to international collectors? THEO is able to collect, crate & ship internationally (or release to your freight handlers).
Deeper Discounts: We recognize the importance of offering low transport rates when closing a sale; Members receive the power to name their own rate for up to 2 collector deliveries per exhibition.
